Match Terms

These terms cover Match, Achefor’s soulmate-initial reading at achefor.com/match. On the site, Match is presented as SoulCypher. The Achefor directory has separate Terms of Service.

What Match does

Match generates a soulmate-initial reading from the name and birth details you enter. You may see a strongest initial, other strong initials, a connection archetype, vibe scores, a suggested meeting scene, and traits. When the operator turns checkout on, a one-time payment reveals the full reading after Stripe Checkout.

How the Match result is generated

Results are generated automatically by the Match engine. The same inputs currently always return the same output. There is no human astrologer reviewing your case. The result is not a lookup of a real person in a database of people.

Entertainment and personal interest

The Match result is for entertainment and personal interest. The method is astrology-inspired. It is not scientifically validated. It does not identify a specific real person. It is not a guarantee or a prediction of a future relationship. Do not rely on a Match result for important personal decisions — for example money, medical or legal matters, or whether to start or end a relationship.

Acceptable use

Use Match for yourself, or with someone else’s details only if they are fine with that. Do not use it to harass, impersonate, or deceive. Do not attack or overload the service. Do not try to recover other people’s birth data from the service — Match is not meant to store that data.

Intellectual property

Match, SoulCypher, Achefor, the site design, and the generated card layouts belong to Achefor. You may keep and share your own reading for personal use. You may not copy the engine or pass the product off as yours.

Changes to the service

Achefor may change copy, prices, whether checkout is on, or the engine. If the methodology changes, new Reveals may not match old ones even with the same inputs. Older saved readings stay as stored unless Achefor says otherwise.

Availability

Match is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, slow, or wrong. Checkout may be off until payment is configured. Achefor does not promise uninterrupted access.

Disclaimers

Achefor does not warrant that a Match result is accurate, meaningful, or useful for any particular purpose. Example names, meeting scenes, and traits are generated text, not facts about a person you will meet.

Limitation of liability

Because readings are entertainment, you agree not to hold Achefor responsible for what you do after seeing a result, or for someone else seeing a share card you sent. To the extent the law allows, Achefor is not liable for indirect loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Payment

When checkout is on and live, unlock is a one-time Stripe payment at the price shown. It is not a subscription. Stripe handles the charge. Achefor does not store your card number.

The Match product does not issue refunds automatically. If you have a payment question, email privacy@achefor.com and include the email you used at checkout.

Minimum age

Match is for people aged 18 or over. Achefor does not currently verify age. Do not use Match if you are under 18.

Changes to these terms

Achefor may update these terms. The date at the top will change when it does.
