Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 September 2026

These terms cover the Achefor website at achefor.com. Match at /soulmate has its own Match Terms.

The service

Achefor is a directory of aesthetic micro-apps, synastry tools, and digital curiosities. Some cards are live. Tools marked coming soon or in development are not available yet. Featured Match lives at /soulmate and is a separate product with its own terms.

Using the directory

You may browse the directory and, if you choose, submit an email to hear when an app opens. Do not misuse the site — for example by attacking it, overloading it, or submitting someone else’s email without their knowledge.

Waitlist email

If you subscribe, Achefor stores your email as described in the Achefor Privacy Policy. That signup is free. It is not a paid subscription.

Intellectual property

Achefor names, marks, and site design belong to Achefor. You may not copy the directory as your own product. Linked third-party sites, including Instagram and Work in Gibraltar, have their own terms.

Changes and availability

Achefor may change listings, copy, or availability without notice. The directory is provided as-is. It may be down, incomplete, or changed. Achefor does not promise that every listed app will launch.

Disclaimers

The directory is information about products and experiments. Coming-soon labels are not a promise that a product will launch on a particular date, or at all.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Achefor is not liable for loss that comes from using or being unable to use the directory, or from relying on a coming-soon listing. This does not try to exclude liability that the law says cannot be excluded.

Minimum age

The directory is for people aged 18 or over. Achefor does not currently verify age.

Privacy

How Achefor uses waitlist email is described in the Achefor Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

Achefor may update these terms. The date at the top will change when it does.
